Tasting note

Our 2024 Adelaide Hills Chardonnay displays aromas of peach and melon with a well-balanced palate of fruit and subtle oak, creating a depth of flavour to be enjoyed on its own or with seafood and spicy dishes.

Vineyard

We have a long standing relationship with a fantastic grower located in the premium area of the Adelaide Hills, where we are blessed with his grape growing skills combined with an open mind that allows us to have input into how we would like our grapes grown.

Vintage

2024 was an exceptional year with ideal growing conditions for making a well balanced and rounded Chardonnay.

Winemaking

Our fruit is picked at the optimum time to allow it to fully ripen, achieving the perfect balance of alcohol, acid and fruit before it is harvested and fermented, then allowed to settle in some oak for a little less than 12 months.

Reviews

Pristine and bright, the inviting bouquet shows crunchy apple, nectarine, lemon zest, and white floral aromas, followed by a finely expressed palate that’s juicy and refreshing. Elegantly styled with a lingering, vibrant finish.
